We thoroughly document the condition of the home prior to your move in and ask that you take the time while unpacking to document any items we might have missed.

The office is staffed 9am-6pm Monday through Friday, Saturday 9am-3pm, or by appointment.

River Oak Realty, Inc. uses only licensed and insured contractors to insure prompt, quality maintenance services.

Online tenant portal to pay rent and request maintenance

All deposits are kept in a separate FDIC insured bank account for refunding back to you at the satisfaction and completion of your lease.
